How we use information

• Provide lease extraction, rent, banking, CAM, reporting, and communication workflows.
• Authenticate users, isolate company workspaces, prevent abuse, and maintain audit history.
• Process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability.

AI processing

Documents submitted for AI extraction may be processed by OpenAI to return structured lease terms. Extracted information must be reviewed before becoming an active tenant, charge, fee, or rule.

Service providers

Infrastructure may include Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, and monitoring providers. Each receives only information needed for its function.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers, when directed by an authorized workspace user, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while an account is active and as needed for security, disputes, and legal obligations. Authorized owners may request export or deletion.
